This theory/laboratory course provides students with the opportunity to integrate and synthesize advanced nursing concepts and interventions required to manage complex health problems and multisystem dysfunctions across selected patient populations. Measures to promote safety, quality and excellence of nursing care thorough holistic caring practice, intra/interprofessional collaboration, teamwork and evidence are examined. Legal and ethical concepts or considerations related to complex health situations are also evaluated. (Offered fall/spring)
