MN 3500 - Ministry Project

Students will assess a ministry site’s needs, discern an appropriate project to address a perceived need, design a plan, gain buy-in from key stakeholders, and organize the administrative details that are necessary for a successful launch of the project (scheduling, marketing, gathering resources, budgeting, etc.). Through this project-based learning, students will gain competency in effective administrative leadership and how to lead change in a ministry context. Leading change might involve the implementation of a new ministry initiative. Alternately, leading change might be focused on transforming existing attitudes, culture, or behavior in an existing area of ministry.
