Whether you are a prospective student or already enrolled at Capital University, this online bulletin is a powerful tool to help you quickly locate and track details for graduate programs and courses that are important to you. The information in this bulletin applies to the 2022-2023 academic year. The contents of this bulletin were compiled to provide graduate students with pertinent policies, procedures, contacts and resources to navigate the university during your time here. The contents should be reviewed and respected by each graduate student to ensure a quality cohort of graduate students at Capital University. The provisions of this bulletin are not to be regarded as an irrevocable contract between the student and Capital University. This Catalog has attempted to present information regarding admission requirements and the general rules and regulations of the University in as accurate and up-to-date fashion as possible. This does not, however, preclude the possibility of changes taking place during the academic year. If such changes occur, they will be publicized through normal channels and will be included in the next edition of the Bulletin. The College reserves the right at all times to discontinue, modify, or otherwise change any provisions of its policies, procedures, regulations, fees, courses, or other matters, without prior notice.  Academic programs are kept relevant by continuous revision of the curricula and the College reserves the right at all times to discontinue, modify, or otherwise change its degree programs when it determines it is in the best interest of the College to do so.
