NURS 720 - Clinical and Laboratory Teaching

This course will provide opportunities for learners to engage in clinical, laboratory, and simulation field experiences. Educational theories and standards of clinical, lab, and simulation teaching and learning will be examined. Learners will participate in both a clinical and laboratory teaching practicum. Learners will also develop, implement, and evaluate a scenario -based clinical simulation. Students will complete 120 clinical hours in various simulation, lab, and clinical placements.
