BUS 338 - Consumer Behavior

Focus on the behaviors of consumers in the marketplace. Topics include consumer psychology, consumer decision-making processes, and consumer analysis. A case analysis approach will be used to apply the concepts of consumer behavior to contemporary marketing situations. Prerequisite(s): BUS 131  or BUS 231; BUS 250  is recommended but not required.
