MUSIC 368 - Elementary Methods with Field

Credit Hours: 3
This course is designed to prepare music teacher education candidates to teach music to children and young adolescents, kindergarten through grades 6. Attention is given to the role music plays in the way students construct knowledge and acquire skills and preparing candidates to employ multiple strategies and opportunities for active student engagement in learning music. (Offered fall)
Prerequisite(s): MUSIC 241  (Minimum grade of C is required) and admittance into the Teacher Education Program.
