EDUC 241 - Phonics for Student Learning

This course introduces orthographic and phonologic components of the English language and extends students knowledge of concepts, terminology, and teaching techniques related to science of reading and as a language, reading, and writing tool. Required for all Primary Childhood, Middle Childhood, and Intervention Specialist Education majors. (Offered fall/spring)
Prerequisite(s): EDUC 151. Education majors only.
