MUSIC 367 - Jazz Composition

Each student will compose several pieces using specific elements of composition (melody, rhythm, form, etc.) as they apply to jazz. In addition, listening and analysis are emphasized.
Prerequisite(s): MUSIC 233 or MUSIC 237.
