MSW 636 - Social Action and Advocacy II


Social workers engage in social action to advocate for change. This course is the second of two courses that applies the methods and means used by social workers to engage in social change. They use content from the first course and synthesize other sources to draft a problem statement and proposal for social action targeting a chosen local, regional, state, national or international community/social problem. (Offered spring)
