MM 694 - Music Education Topics: Culture and Society

This course is designed to expand students’ knowledge of current topics in society and how society and culture affect teaching methods and choices in the music classroom. The focus will be on how this knowledge can be practically applied and implemented into the music classroom, particularly in the ensemble setting.
