MN 2637 - Leading Change: The Emotionally Intelligent Leader

Outstanding leaders in all fields demonstrate emotional intelligence (EI)-the ability to understand and manage oneself as well as to understand and work with others. The primary goal of this course is to help students develop their EI so as to be more effective in leading in a world of constant stress and change.
