This course is an exploration of how to engage, develop, and manage customer/consumer relationships by gaining hands on experience executing a social media content marketing campaign. You will be immersed in marketing automation technology, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, social media management, digital analytics, and other software tools. You will earn recognized professional certifications from HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics. (Offered spring) Prerequisite(s): BUS 333 Consumer Research & Strategy  or BUS 335 Promotional Planning & Metrics .
