Requirements for Minor in Creative Writing—(21 hours)

ENGL 150 - Introduction to Literature
ENGL 204 - Creative Writing (also counts as Fine Arts General Education Goal 6)

two from:

ENGL 301 - Poetry Writing
ENGL 302 - Fiction Writing
ENGL 303 - Creative Non-Fiction
(The above three courses are repeatable for credit up to six hours.)

Literature Requirements:

one survey course (3) from:
ENGL 250 - Survey of English Literature I
ENGL 251 - Survey of English Literature II
ENGL 255 - Survey of American Literature
- two literature electives - preferably in contemporary literature (6)
