Requirements for Major in Creative Writing—42 hours.

ENGL 150 - Introduction to Literature
ENGL 204 - Creative Writing (Counts as Fine Arts Gen. Ed . requirement)
ENGL 211 - Critical Writing for English Majors
ENGL 340 - English Language
ENGL 343 - Shakespeare
ENGL 480 - Senior Seminar

Writing Courses (12 hours):

ENGL 301 - Poetry Writing
ENGL 302 - Fiction Writing
ENGL 303 - Creative Non-Fiction
(The above three courses are repeatable for credit up to six hours.)
