The following major is designed specifically to meet the needs of the adult student with work experience by offering integrative advising and teaching, flexible learning environments, and self-directed and experiential learning. The following major is exclusively offered to students admitted in the Adult and Graduate Education program. Students must take from the Capital School of Management and Leadership at least one half of the business and economics courses required for their major.

Business Core
The Business Core program provides a broad foundation in the five areas of accounting, economics, finance, management and marketing plus a working knowledge of quantitative methods and information systems. These courses provide the basis for advanced courses in a business major. Students must take from the Capital School of Management and Leadership at least one half of the business and economics courses required for their major in Accounting, Financial Economics, Leadership & Management, or Marketing. General Education Courses (with exemptions from General Education Goals 3 and 8); ECON 215; BUS 101; BUS 131, 225, 240, 242, 246, 301, 321, 325, 380, 390, 450; Math 221 or Math 215 and Math 225 or Math 230. |
