The student spends at least three years at Capital during which time these requirements plus the General Education goals must be met. The student then completes studies at Washington University or Case Western Reserve University and receives a degree from each school. Two semesters of a foreign language or two years of language in high school or satisfactory performance on a placement test are required. General Education goals 3 and 9 are fulfilled.
