Requirements for the Pre-Physical Therapy Major
(Biology major preparing students for taking entrance exams and applying to graduate physical therapy programs in Ohio and surrounding states.) Required courses include:
A pre-physical therapy major in HSPTS substitutes courses for:
Signature Learning Requirements:
- First Year Seminar
- Reading and Writing
- Oral Communication
- Ethics
- Quantitative Reasoning
- Religion
- Fine Arts
- Social Science
- Cultural Pluralism
- Natural Science - (Students must take six (6) credit hours of Natural Science (the combination of the Natural Science and Society requirement and the Laboratory Science requirement)
- Humanities
- Global Systems
