BIOL 392 - Computational Biology(3)
An exploration of bioinformatics and mathematical biology. Topics include sequence alignment and analysis of DNA and proteins, modeling the physiology of the cardio vascular and nervous systems, and the use of web-based genetics databases.(Same course offered as CSAC 392 .) Prerequisite(s): MATH 121 or higher.
