The focus of this theory/clinical course is the nursing management of adults who are experiencing acute health alterations. Emphasis is on application of pathophysiology and related pharmacologic, medical-surgical and nursing therapeutic interventions to assist individuals to achieve their optimal level of health or peaceful death.
