This course prepares intervention specialist teacher education candidates to assess and instruct students with mild to moderate disabilities. Includes a clinical experience in an after-school tutoring program which may occur outside of scheduled class time. Field work is required outside of class time. Must take course prior to student teaching. (Offered fall/spring.) Prerequisite(s): EDUC 211 or EDUC 221; EDUC 313. Field work is required outside of class time. Must take prior to student teaching.
