POLS 435 - The Budgetary Process(3)
This course focuses on the governmental budgeting process. It deals with the evolution, process and impact of public budgeting. Special attention will be given to the purpose, models, reforms and key factors involved in the budgeting process. Budgeting is viewed from the federal, state, and local levels with comparisons to private sector budgeting. Prerequisite(s): POLS 215 ;
