POLS 325 - Modern China(3)
This course emphasizes the historical background of modern China, the impact of the West, the collapse of the Imperial Dynasty, the Republican era and the Communist Revolution. The focus will be on political institutions, and social, cultural and intellectual change. (Same course offered as History 325.)
