NURS 458 - C-NAP: Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing

A clinical course providing an opportunity to apply psychiatric / mental health theories to clients experiencing psychosocial disorders from an institutional and community viewpoint.  Provide opportunities to demonstrate the use of therapeutic relationships skills with individuals experiencing maladaptive psychosocial responses. (2 credit lecture and 6 credit clincals per week for 15 weeks) (2 hours of lecture and 6 hours of clinical per week in 15 weeks)
