This course examines the rule-sets currently being developed by businesses and consumers; understanding how these rule-sets, strategies, and tactics are changing the way marketing organizations interact with their customers and prospective customers; identifying the tools currently being used and evaluating their usefulness in all overall marketing strategy; identifying the risks and rewards of using social media; and identifying how social media marketing fits into an overall Marketing plan.
