NURS 202 - Human Nutrition(3)
An introductory study of nutrition as an applied science for nurses. The course will examine the use of nutrients to support health, the nutritional needs throughout the life cycle, and diet therapy in the health care setting. Sophomore nursing major.(3 credits per week for 15 weeks) Prerequisite(s): CHEM 130 and CHEM 131 .
