Introduction to the composing and editing processes, different forms of oral and written discourse, and writing for different purposes and audiences as related to broadcast news writing, specifically for the electronic mass media. (Same course offered as ENGL 222.) Offered in fall. Prerequisite(s): UC 120 , COMM 131 .
