EDUC 212 - Developmentally Appropriate Practice and Inquiry Experiences(3) This course provides early childhood and intervention specialist teacher education students with strategies to encourage children’s physical, social, emotional, aesthetic, and cognitive development in addition to developing skills for planning and implementing developmentally and individually appropriate curriculum and instructional practices based on knowledge of individual children, the community, and curriculum goals and content. This course includes an intensive field-based service-learning component. Students must register for EDUC 211 , 212 and EDUC 311 concurrently. Prerequisite(s): 1 group; EDUC 151 ; EDUC-101 EDUC-201; Corequisite(s): EDUC 211 and EDUC 311
