MBA 720 - Financial ManagementCredit Hours: 3 Financial Management explores critical financial decisions organizations face and their impact on performance and value creation. Students learn to apply financial theories and models to real-world decision-making within firms and with stakeholders. The curriculum covers corporate financial policy, capital budgeting, cost of capital, valuation, risk-return relationships, capital structure, dividend policy, working capital management, and cash flow estimation. This course prepares future leaders to make informed, value-enhancing decisions in complex business environments. Prerequisite(s): MBA 611
