MN 2173 - Music and Liturgy

Focus on developing and refining musical skills (vocal and/or instrumental) for effective leadership of hymns, psalmody, choruses, and liturgies (from Evangelical Lutheran Worship, With One Voice, This Far by Faith, Hymnal Supplement 1991, or denominational equivalents.) Students will explore new music resources, discover “how to make the music come alive” in diverse styles and contexts, and create stylistic differences. Opportunities for applied learning.
