EDUC 545 - Instructional Supervision

Instructional Supervision and Professional Development is one of the eleven courses in the School Administration program. Topics covered in this course will include: models for supervision, how to assess instruction, the Teacher Performance Assessment, the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (with discussion of understanding Value-Added), and strategies instructional or developing appropriate individual growth plans. The class will be presented in a hybrid manner, meeting on campus for five sessions during the semester.
