This course is the second of a two-part series where students learn skills associated with SBIRT, trans-theoretical model of change, as well as the role of social workers on multidisciplinary teams that provide levels of care and continuity of care. Students will learn and apply skills that focus on the use of formal/informal sources of support throughout treatment and recovery. (Offered spring)
