MSW 633 - Substance Use and Behavioral Health Care I

Social Workers are challenged to understand diverse environmental and developmental factors that affect individuals with SUD. This is the first of two courses and explores risk and resilience factors associated with substance use and related healthcare needs within a historical context. Students examine contemporary evidence-based practices within the context of diverse service delivery settings. (Offered fall)
