An introduction to feminist biblical interpretation using a variety of exegetical and multicultural views. Examines the politics of biblical interpretation and the ways it has been used to resist or support women’s struggle for liberation.

MDiv: BL 1021 Old Testament I, BL 2022 Old Testamen II, BL 1041 New Testament I, and BL 2042 New Testament II. MTS: BL 1021 Old Testament I and BL 1041 New Testament I, or permission of the instructor.
