BUS 370 - Sport Marketing(4) This course explores an in-depth overview of marketing strategies and principles uniquely applied to the sport industry. Students will learn a thorough understanding of the differences between marketing “of” and “through” the sport product. Students will design a marketing plan to drive ticket sales leveraging their understanding of sport consumer behavior. Topic areas such as naming, rights, licensing, ticketing, fan segmentation, price promotion, service quality, athlete endorsements, and team sponsorship is examined.(Offered Spring, 2024) Prerequisite(s): BUS 290 Sport Business Introduction
