NURS 366 - Nursing Research

This course involves the study of the historical development and current status of research in nursing and evidence-based practice in nursing. The course includes an in-depth examination of the research process, particularly as it relates to nursing. Students identify practice issues, critique published research and implement nursing research utilization strategies.(3 credits lecture per 15 weeks.) (Offered fall / spring.) Prerequisite(s): SOSCI 210  or MATH 215  and NURS 300 , Placement: Junior standing.
