This course is designed to expose students to the challenges of leadership in the setting of contemporary worship including issues of leading vs. performing, the disciplines of the worship leader, cultural boundaries with personnel and the congregation, and developing the worship team.  These challenges are unique from other areas of the arts and other disciplines.
