An exegetical and theological study of the book of Genesis, tracing its relation to ancient Near Eastern traditions and stressing its significance for the faith and ministry of the Church today.

Prerequisites & Notes
Three of the following courses are prerequisites for MDiv students: BL 1021 Old Testament I, BL 2022 Old Testament II, BL 1041 New Testament I, and BL 2042 New Testament II. For MTS, MAYFM, and MACM students, the prerequisites are BL1021 Old Testament I and BL 1041 New Testament I.
