NURS 326 - Nursing of Adults with Acute Health Alterations(8) The focus of this course is nursing management of adults of all ages who are experiencing acute health alterations that may impact multiple body systems. Emphasis is on expanding and applying knowledge of health alterations for the purpose of helping adults achieve their optimum level of health. The course includes theory, laboratory practice, and clinical practicum. Placement: junior year. (5 credits lecture; 0.5 credit lab (15 hours/term; and 2.5 credits (150 hrs. clinical / term.) Special Fee applies (see “SPECIAL FEES” in the FINANCE section of this Bulletin). (Offered fall/spring.) Prerequisite(s): NURS 300 .
