MATH 230 - Calculus I(4) Exploration of the concepts, techniques and application of calculus through a study of the properties and applications of polynomial, rational, exponential and trigonometric functions; development of concepts of limit, continuity, differentiation and integration; applications of derivatives and integrals; the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. This course satisfies the General Education - Quantitative Reasoning Goal. Prerequisite(s): MATH 121 ; or placement into MATH 230. Not open to students with credit for . Offered fall and spring semester.
