Philosophy Major

Requirements: (Total - 36 hours)

PHIL 150 - Introduction to Logic
PHIL 170 - Classical Greek Philosophy
PHIL 310 - Modern Philosophy
PHIL 350 - Contemporary Problems in Philosophy
PHIL 481 - Departmental Seminar (3 credits total: three years of the annual 1-credit course)
PHIL 499 - Senior Thesis
One year of college-level student of a foreign language (or its equivalent).
Portfolio and research project required in senior year.

Six other courses in philosophy chosen by the student in consultation with the faculty in philosophy chosen from:
