EDUC 505 - Educational Leadership
Leadership is a foundational course in the School Administration program. Topics covered will include: theories of leadership, the Ohio Principals Evaluation System, identification of your leadership style, the importance of developing and maintaining appropriate school culture, meeting facilitation, community engagement, visioning and current topics, trends and issues relevant to school administration. The class will be presented in a hybrid manner, meeting on campus for five sessions during the semester. You will need to complete (20) clock hours of internship time, verified by the person you work with. These hours should be spent addressing a topic(s) listed in the assignment list.
