NURS 110 - Intro to Professional Nursing

An entry-level course that introduces students to the discipline of nursing. Examines the dynamics of the evolving role of nursing, professional ethics and selected historical events and figures. Introduces conceptual framework of the nursing curriculum. Placement: freshman year or first semester after transferring into the program. Transfer students may take this concurrently with NURS 221 .
